 As a wine lover I was keen to visit Chapel Down our local well known Vineyard and I must say I was pleasantly surprised   The deluxe tour of started at 12.30pm with a glass of their sparkling followed by a glass of their signature white – flint dry and a glass of pinot noir accompanied by a delicious  three course meal celebrating local produce...
Only about half an hour's drive from Tenterden, take a stroll along Whitstable's stunning pebble beach and you will find its famous reputation for seafood from oyster bars to local restaurants serving delicious local fare. 
Come rain or shine, Dungeness is well worth a visit all year round, so over the weekend we jumped in the car in Tenterden and in less than half an hour we arrived ready for a bracing walk on the wild shingle beach.
