Personal touches such as a bowl of fresh lemons on a kitchen countertop, plush towels in the bathroom or a pop of colour from a cushion or throw in the lounge can add life to a room and really make the difference.

Not only can we help you by giving advice on styling your home, but we also have a “Prop Box”, full of home décor accessories that we can use to help stage your home ready for photographing if desired.

How your house is photographed can have a huge impact on how quickly it is sold.

While high quality traditional style photography still very much has a part to play, the addition of quality lifestyle shots such as a roaring fire, a coffee table piled high with the Sunday papers or a patio set for alfresco dining, can make all the difference. Lifestyle photography is all about capturing the appeal of a property and creating the desire to live there.

Music can be very persuasive

Choosing cheering positive background music will set a warm welcoming scene. We would like buyers to imagine your house as their future home, music will alleviate silences and allow buyers to take their time over their viewings in a relaxing atmosphere.

On another note, please avoid anything too frantic or distracting! Although they may be some of your favorites, we recommend soft jazz with a soothing ambience - we are happy to recommended.
