As is the tradition on an autumnal weekend in October, the Folk Festival was well underway in Tenterden with the High Street being linved with an array of stalls, crafts and exhibitions.
The town was also full of musicians, singers, entertainers in traditional costumes and attracting the crowds were the wonderful Morris Dancers.
This year's culinary offerings ranged from the classics to speciality foods to local real ale and ciders and I of course, could not resist one of my favourites - the hog roast sandwich - perfectly pulled pork served with stuffing and lashings of apple sauce with outstanding crackling .. jolly tasty it was too !
