The town is also within the catchment for the Ashford Grammar Schools.
LONDON CALLING For anyone wishing to commute to London, rail services to London are at nearby Headcorn to Charing Cross and Cannon Street in around the hour. Ashford International Station is about 10 miles from where Eurostar trains depart for the continent, as well as the regular high-speed service to Ebbsfleet, Stratford and London St Pancras a journey of about 37 minutes. Regular bus services run from the High Street to the surrounding towns and villages.
